Youth Minister
Rick Black brings over 20 years of experience in youth ministry to his role as Youth Pastor at Oxford Baptist Church. With a deep love for students and a passion for the gospel, Rick is committed to helping the next generation grow in Strong Faith and develop resilient, Christ-centered lives. He creates a space where teens are challenged to think deeply, live boldly for Jesus, and build authentic community. Rick also partners closely with parents and families, working together to nurture the spiritual growth of our youth both in and outside the church. His heart for discipleship, humor, and relational approach make him a trusted mentor and leader to both students and families.
